Help support the SS Freshspring Trust achieve its ambitious new goals!
The SS Freshspring Trust is seeking an enthusiastic Trust Administrator to support them as they embark on an ambitious Heritage Lottery funded programme of work. If you’re an experienced energetic administrator needing a little extra work, or someone not quite ready to fully retire, you may be the perfect match for this (initially 12 month) role.
The job will involve a range of interesting activities and key responsibilities will include: managing the Trust’s meetings including board meetings, helping with the process of recruiting new trustees, some budget preparation and tracking, capturing and organising data to help with reports to the Lottery, Charity Commission and others and maintaining an overview of policies. There will also be other opportunities for working with us and supporting the Trust based on your own areas of interest in our project.
It’s a very flexible role for 6 days a month and can largely be done from home with most meetings by Zoom but there will also be face-to-face time with trustees, volunteers and patrons as needed.

Applicants will need to provide a CV which demonstrates their organisational skills and experience which will include use of spreadsheets, a degree of financial acumen, good communication skills and an ability to capture meeting notes and write concisely.
