Visit SS Freshspring
SS Freshspring is regularly available for public visits throughout the year, group tours and talks are also welcomed by appointment.

Visiting Times
Currently closed due to the coronavirus pandemic. We will update when we can open again
Between Easter and October SS Freshspring is regularly available for casual visits on Sundays from 11:30 until 4pm.
Outside of these dates, the ship is open on the first Sunday of the month from 2pm until 4pm or by appointment Members may visit the ship on any working day on the production of a membership card.

Find Us
SS Freshspring is currently berthed at Landivisiau Walk at the extreme North end of Bideford Quay, EX39 2BX with ample parking available in the Riverbank long stay car park. Bus and coach stops are 200 yards away and on a level walk from the ship.
Accessibility
The Ship has wheelchair access to the main deck. This access is suitable for most electric mobility vehicles.
Access to the lower decks and wheelhouse is by steep steps and these are not suitable for people that are not mobile. It is likely that we will be able to provide a virtual tour of the ship by the summer of 2019.
People with limited mobility are always welcome and we will do our utmost to ensure that their experience is enjoyable and informative. Disabled toilets are within 100 yards of the ship.
