Join us for an evening of Sea Shanties onboard our historic steamship! Back by popular demand after their first sell out concert earlier this year, ‘The Pluckateers,’ a four-piece shanty band will be playing an array of instruments including ukuleles, percussion and a banjolele!
The ticket price (£10pp) includes: a quick look around the cosy crew’s quarters and captain’s cabin, a hot drink or soft beverage alongside a pasty (handmade by Bideford café, the Pannier Pantry) and the evening performance from the fantastic band, The Pluckateers.
Based in Parkham, the band was formed three years ago and have played at many festivals across the Southwest including Padstow, Mevagissey, Yeovil and Weston Super Mare.
Freshspring branded beer will also be making an appearance. The beer is brewed locally by the Clearwater Brewery and will be on sale at a competitive price along with red and white wine and a selection of soft drinks.

Parking is easy – we’re right next to the Long Stay Riverbank car park which is free after 6pm. Please make sure you have suitable clothing and footwear as although the event is undercover it can be chilly next to the river. Please feel free to bring a blanket and cushion if you’d like to be extra cosy!
