It was lovely to see so many people visiting us for our Fun Palace event on 8th October. The event was free for everyone and we had lots of activities for children to take part in. We had knot tying, paracord bracelets, jewellery workshop, clay painting, morse code and virtual reality.
We were fortunate to have Soundwave Radio join us for the day to broadcast live from the ship. The staff were able to interview our volunteers and visitors throughout the event so that their listeners could hear more about the ship and our event.
The sun was out all day and everyone had a great time exploring the ship. We even had some of our younger visitors dressing up as part of the crew.
